absolutely agree. Get these 10m shares through then have a independent review for the next freebie. I question the independence of any consultant to conduct remunetation reviews for the people who are paying your invoice. in fact you just have to shop around until you find a consultant that will deliver the right outcome. Remindes me of what the great Humphrey Appleby from "Yes Minister" once said. you never have a royal commission unless you know the outcome first.
