The announcement states that the 3 + 3 agreement will not be renewed i.e the 2nd 3 years.
As this agreement commenced in 2019 it still has another year to run on the 1st 3 years, the agreement has NOT been terminated just not extended for the 2nd 3 year period.
No hurry to put anything new in place.
