- excellent news ... although another year for 3M to sit on BlastX still lies in front of Next Science unless the failure to meet sales targets is now able to trigger an early contract break as the parties “consider their future commercial relationship”?
It does not seem 3M has been meeting the ‘take or pay’ requirements unless these were set very low?
