While this is a $1.1M drop in revenue for FY 2015 I take it that annualised it is $2.2M drop, in line with the final paragraph of the profit guidance. That is approx $1.6M drop in NPAT on an annual basis or about a drop of 13% in annual profit.
If this contact was lost at the start of FY 2015 we would be looking at a forcast for NPAT to exceed $12.9M and this is the base that I would be looking to use to measure growth for FY 2016 over 2015.
As long as there is no more lost contracts and continued growth then things are still OK and I believe that there is still plenty of potential for growth.
