Computershare is the company that manages the share registry for IVR.
Every ASX listed company you are invested in has a share registry.
IVR have Computershare manage theirs.
Search Computershare and it will come up
If you have not registered there is the option to register.
It is a while since I registered but from memory they will want your HIN number (that is the number you have with an X in front) and from what I recall they ask you for one of the shares you hold in this case IVR and your post code - I am fairly sure they also ask for the name of the holder be it a company or a person.
They will ask a series of questions and also get personal details as you register
Once you are in you will see any shares you have where they manage the registry for the company.
You will initially have limited access as they will post you a code which verifies the address you gave them
Once you have access you can look at any historical share transactions for your investment, any dividend statements, and any documents sent to you.
You can also put in your bank details for any dividends you might receive and an email address and ask them to send any notices to your email.
It is a good practice in my opinion to register with any share registries that manage shares you hold.
With the IVR offer I would think you should still have received the notice as I am fairly sure (not positive) that registries access the mail address associated with your HIN
