With better management they'd be debt financing the expansion and with POG at record highs and growing then payback wouldn't be too long. A cap raise at 1c helps no one except the directors of the company maintain a stable income with a lower risk of strategic failure. How often do they intend to pass round the hat rather than actually develop an innovative strategy which will deliver a return on investment to shareholders?
