I think that even if the majority of SH,s don't take up the offer, the Shares on offer will be taken up by some other entity taking the current SP from 9.5c to over 11.5c, remember buying up a high volume of shares on market is as not as easy as it seems without increasing the SP so buying a majority at 11.5c is actually a good thing. unless your a minor SP and are buying only a small amount. my funds have dried up so buying at these prices is even a challenge. yep and in hindsight would have been a better plan to offload earlier so to buy up now at 9.5c, anyway not long now.
