As a retail holder that has managed to turn $166K into $66K, I would be hard pressed on a personal level to put more money in... don't get me wrong, if it was the difference between getting the project up and running or not, then I absolutely would take up the entitlement, but how do we know for sure that is the case?

I am extremely confident that I will end up back in profit, and I trust Barry and the team.

I also don't think that my little entitlement will make all the difference... however I realize that if all holders thought this way it could be problematic.
