I was thinking about that too. It would be a positive sign if the directors and major holders go for extras. On the other hand, I feel that it is almost like insider trading given their knowledge about the Finance, whereas retail shareholders are not able to make informed decisions. It’d be fairer if they could give us an update on the Finance before the closing date.
