Honestly, I believe the team's already assumed Nifty's a success and are already working towards bringing Maroochydore, Hollandaire & Stark online. Drilling and assays take a long time to get back... And whilst this has resulted in further cash burn and dilution in the short term - the team are forward thinking and planning for 2-3 years out for when the Copper deficit really kicks in and prices surge.
This is what I believe the "substantial changes in the Company's future plans" is referred to. And whilst I hate the dilution - I also get it. I get what the team's going for. And if they can achieve 100ktpa or more, at a time where the price of copper's is at it's strongest - fantastic.
