4CE has known pegmatites at surface. 4CE is "brownfields" exploration where as BMZ appears to be "greenfields" exploration

also, BMZ has not yet negotiated the terms of the acquisition. we don't know how much the acquisition might cost in terms of both cash & shares

plus 4CE has two projects

your previous ramping did not cause the BMZ share price to rise because, as i suggested from day 1, the old shareholders were probably selling their old stock and possibly also knew a 2 cent raising was coming

similarly, your current ramping probably won't save the BMZ share price from falling on Monday, when it is "EX-ENTITLEMENT"
