Can I disagree and ask what would happen if sometime in the next 20 days or so before the Entitlement Options are issued they make an amazing ann about the tenants they are currently doing DD on. It will run because there is no supply even at these levels. It would be a massive pump and most likely dump but it's best to be set rather than waiting and seeing what happens and respond after its too late.
