Entitlement offers are inherently flawed. If the share price is above the entitlement price then it provides an arbitrage opportunity for holders who don't want more shares. It inevitably sells to the entitlement price or below and shareholders end up having to pay a premium to take part. and 'in house' means nothing to me, it's just the same shareholders as before, it's been selling down for as long as I remember
