I'm just not understanding the basic logic of AD1 lately. Everything seems like such a long shot. Like a new scheme... 'the latest scheme'. Investors are basicly betting on what they invent or purchase next. Plenty of 'office speak' in the explanation there- with little or no chat about why the money is needed. Tens of millions over the decade in cap raises- and then throwing the results in the bin- then re-inventing- it's just so 'all over the place'.
Anyone holding since ie 5 years ago is nowhere with their investment. The dilution is crazy. I get the feeling management are walking around in a daze wondering where this is headed. 1 million dollars to secure the outstanding debt facility? I recall reading 1 sentence about that last announcement... as opposed to a detailed announcement of how the money is of use. I assume the loans broker is nervous with world banking collapses. I'd love to buy in- but I see more dilution on the horizon. This is a tiny cap raise. Somewhat bizarre.
