Your relentless negativity strikes again.

Why an extension? Perhaps they want time to ann a result on this well.
Or alternatively perhaps the response to date has been underwhelming...I figure many, like me, have held off waiting on further announcements and there will be a late take up. But if they are looking at the figures to date they might be concerned. If so there might be a ring around today, early next week.

Personally I want to see (in order):

* A positive result on the well would obviously be well handy. Not that I expect that, but it would be sweet,
* the BOD buying up,
* Alternatively an ann the well reached it's goal and they are moving on to the next one while analysing source rock etc etc - This would show at least good communication, drilling competence, and getting on with it quickly.
Any of the above would send a positive signal imho
