I don't know about 3c. IMO the price will rise if the issue is successful. There would be a lot of selling to keep the price down though.
So many holders are sitting on a loss at the moment. If the price went to 0.6c that's a 100% profit on the most recent issue. It would be very tempting to sell to offset some of the existing loss.
The play here isn't the same anymore. The oil may well still be there but the confidence it can be extracted is not. Lots of holders will be trying to de-risk.
