I was unable to participate until the extension. Now I can work out whether I'm just unwilling to participate. On the one hand I understand that we need this cr to succeed or I put my holdings at further risk but on the other hand I can sit on what I've got and not go in for an even worse flogging.

This CR is a last ditch effort from management to save the company (with other peoples money).

One positive that may come out of this is that a failed CR means we are one step closer to them saving the company with their own funds. This will take on the appearance of a partner stepping up at the last minute.
