Great post Crackity. Unfortunately Schubach could not find anyone to take over their responsibilities to fund this project so DC was forced to bail them out with our money. Now DC is trying to find someone to buy in and is scratching his head as to why no one will trust him with their cash??? So he has gracefully granted us shareholders an extension on the cap raise so that we can all find a light bulb moment and decide to go again with him..... we are going to need him to pull a rabbit out of a hat for this to work I'm afraid. I remember another cap raise where he made out like he had something up his sleeve for us shareholders to be rewarded upon taking up the offer.... but nothing came of that.
