This is great news! I don’t know if anyone here has learned from history but the EXACT same scenario of well 1 is playing out here.

They knew they were about to get good results so they extended cap raise and sure enough great news to market, share price x 100% up and cap raise over subscribed.

What I think is happening here is they are close to signing a partner for funding, and they have only extended it by 9 days as they are confident they can get it done in that time. Dont you think they would have thrown more of an extension if they thought they needed more time...

I see this as very positive news and that negotiations must be in advanced stages. I am sure they would love to tell us but most companies are not allowed by the company they are in talks in and usually these types of negotiations are restricted.
