If they get the well restarted and drill to TD and strike oil then you are probably good ( even at .009)
If they don’t get the well restarted or have further problems so don’t complete it ot complete it and it has no commercial oil then you are Fxxxxed whether at 0.005 or 0.009
Go buy a beer or two instead.
