PRL is bigger than Well 2 but right now it is Well 2 acting as a beating heart for this company.

I still can't decide. Worst case for me is I take up the offer and it falls short. Although I still end up averaging down and LT prospects remain.

Despite my fears I'm inclined to think the SPP will be fully subscribed - these things tend to play out in this manner, against all odds.

Perhaps I need a coin to flip.
