If no one on the market is buying prl at .004. Do you think shareholders will? Given most of us are out of pockets and cannot afford it. Even DC who has earned millions in the past is only willing to spend $20,000. He has 50million shares so he is entitled to 33million shares that’s $132,000. Why is he only willing to contribute $20,000 and let us who lost so much shoulder the $4.5m CR.
