There are asx rulings that cover that F&F. Can only allocate a certain amount of shares in a period and director entitlement is different depending on the allocation amount. I’m unsure where they’re at but if you ring the co and find out whether it’s because he’s not willing or not able. I’m strongly assuming he’s not able. And that goes for him stumping up cash as well.
