My fellow shareholders, I think management is clear that if they don’t get the $4.5m they will start selling assets. Maybe Uruguay assets. We will need to confront management one way or another. Otherwise if they appoint a liquidator then we will have no control of how the Uruguay assets are sold to pay creditors or their own salaries. Please can top 20 shareholders non management say something.
