Mate, I’m just worry they will transfer out the assets and start with a clean sheet just because they cannot get the funds to continue. Don’t think they would find a partner for the project that meet their criteria. No one is going to fund this project without some control of it and DC will not let that happen. So in the end he would prefer to start a fresh with another company with the same assets. In other words we are screwed after we have spent so much money.
