Rogue Trader I totally agree with what you are saying. IMO this is a strategy to dilute minority shareholders into near oblivion and thereby increase their and associates' share of the pie. Possibly a 1 for 100 share reconstruction and further CRs to come?
There has to be an end game to this which IMO is where I expect Provident with control will mop up what remains with a lowball offer.
Do you or others have any opinions on how and when this will play out?
