Some of the directors seem to have dodged the buying of large volume script responsibilities therefore the public cohort are always at risk of getting badly burnt.

A directors responsibility is for all shareholders not just themselves so they should make that judgement on basically what benefits the majority of holders which devolves to those major holders whether on the BoD or not.
