    Guess you can't call a spade a spade on these forums. The letter is correct and it is drafted like this in numerous other rights issues. I still remember Bob also brazenly stated that the scheme booklet was wrong regarding the voting thresholds that needed to be met. Turns out he just couldn't read the Corporations Act.
