Muppets whoever you are selling at $0.087. Thank you very much for the cheap shares and entitlement.

There are so many reasons not to sell down here, particularly today.

After costs you are probably selling at less than $0.085, where the company will be selling shares. You are also selling the entitlement to buy more. The entitlement to buy more shares also includes an option. The 3 year expiry $0.225 option has extrinsic time value. Should the stock trade say $0.30 again in the next three years (it did so only 7 months ago) the option you ignored would be intrinsically worth $0.075.

Lets say (theoretically) I buy 100,000 shares for the 400,000 I own. The stock rallies back to $0.31 now cashed up and able to continue its expansionary growth, I can exercise the 100,000 calls and receive 100,000 extra shares at a price of $0.225 and sell them out at $0.31, for, wait for it....$0.085 profit per share.

I have net - admittedly it requires a decent rally back - bought an extra 100,000 shares for zip.

This aside guys, why are you selling shares at $0.087 that you paid somewhere between $0.115 to $1.49 for?
