.....and there it is at last.
SO 124 million shares out there on issue, last traded at $0.115. Theoretically this should trade at [(124M x $0.115) + (31M x $0.085)] / 155M = $0.109.
(not quite that simple given the option at $0.21 attached)
The reality, at this end of the market (being dumb), is it will fall towards $0.085 until this deal done.
This deal was very predictable and necessary (hence OSX has been trading so low) and the management were crap in leaving it this long.
I will be taking up offer and buying more stock, but jeez this executive management team are clowns.
