I'm curious as I'm not a holder, what gives you confidence they won't continue to burn cash after this raise? When they announced that distributor acquisition they didn't explain how much margin improvement they'll get, I wondered why the acquisition was nil cash upfront, is it because the distributor was selling to bad accounts and had cash flow issues themselves? Still alot of unanswered questions with this business despite the low MC...
