Lets just put this out there.....“We’re extremely encouraged by the support shown by our shareholders throughout the Share Placement and Entitlement Offer period. We look forward to the completion of construction activities at the Thunderbird Mineral Sands Project later this year.”
75% of shareholders didn't take up their entitlement, current market volatility aside I suggest that this was a strong signal by the the major shareholders they are not particularly happy.
