Not sure if we can presume why exactly - but my immediate guess would be because the raise was not fully met. As Migy119 said they raised only 70 % from the entitlement offering, so the remaining 30 % will now be offered to new shareholders.
Nothing else has changed over the last 3 weeks - that is negative public info. While this drop is nerve wrecking, I will still wait to see the quarterly revenues announcement to actually have an opinion.
