If insiders don’t sell, Perennial value given their massive stake have almost 100% control of the short term stock price movement. But it only takes a buyer(S) interest of total 300k liquidity and they have no control either.
Moral of the story. Wait patiently for the company to grow. Then just wait for the damn takeover news which would probably be rejected by the board anyway like 6000m market cap LTR
