Options have 10 years before they expire have to be converted, that's 40mil of shares exercisable @.05 and .075 cost.
Options valued at $4000 issue price now,

20mill options equate to $1million dollars value @.05cents conversion cost, if SP recovers to say 10cents and options are exercised/converted that's a cool $1mill. in the pocket.

20mill options @.075 conversion price, if SP recovers to say 10cents and options are exercised that's a cool $500k in pocket.

Given the 10 year expiry window do you think the SP will get above 5cents over that time to reward these guys??
