It is encouraging that directors are participating in a sizable way but it is also interesting that it is being done at a premium to the market price...
The company must be pretty confident that the raising will be successful otherwise why do it at a premium..??..
There have been several new big shareholders buying at the issue price over the last 12 months..
The only "non-true believer" at the moment appears to be the general market...
