    This capital raise stinks of desperation. The investor presentation is almost precisely the same as the one they gave for the last capital raise. Nothing new. Given the poor sales and low revenue with the existing product line, the board should have anticipated the poor market response to the announcement.

    At this rate, they will be raising at a significant premium. Gerrard is pissing into the wind with this one...
