Nobody will take up this offer after the deceit and lack of news in recent weeks. Shareholders want honesty and integrity. It is very sad. What was meant to be a great company is now going down the path of most exploration companies.. failure.
Dilution sucks and it is incredibly rare to get out of a hole like this. The question now for existing holders is whether they want to throw more money at this stock or choose a company with a better track record?
