One of the most unimpressive rights issues announcements i've ever seen. Not one thing in there that suggests plan or a strategy. So turns out no negotiation on the old deal. Waiting for the magic company maker to fall from the sky?
This is not crisis management. This just appears panic stations. Debacle.
