    Looks to me like Wilson well in control of this one too (how may LIC's does he want in the end?).

    No takeover will be triggered the way this is structured.

    Wilson Group will become/ is the manager and will receive considerable ongoing management fees which provides his incentive to issue more shares.

    Not a bad buy at 86c given the discount plus tax losses and solid record of Wilson.
