this is a strong announcement.
a great deal for us going forward.
when done - we take out huge costs associated with the con note holders, put money in the bank for future exploration and readies us for pass! this makes nag stronger!
im thinking after reading the offer this is another deal organised by KP! he is effectively putting in another few million into nag!
I'm still very keen to see more detail on any pass announcement. but this announcement today makes us look like an excellent partner for any pass deal.
