I think you've missed the point of the JV, there is no investment from the Cuban government. That's the whole point. They want to attract international investment and they give up 50% of the projects for it.
Maybe give Brian a call for yourself rather than asking useless questions on the forum? No one here "knows" anything more than what has been released in announcements.
But as with any highly speculative investment, either you belive in the plan becoming reality and you invest, or you don't and you put your money elsewhere.
I've put in for around half of my entitlement... last crack here for them to get a deal done this year and we finally more forward and go mining. Or fail to get a deal and it's game over.
