Sadly, I cannot help you with the link to the source.
I remember that that the details of the T&C of the arrangements concerning Con Notes were provided as a "SCHEDULE 1: SUMMARY OF CONVERTIBLE NOTE DEED" and included as an attachment to one of many, as so often with AAU, helter-skelter Company Announcements, instead of to the actual announcement of entering into the CN agreement. Consequently, for my own records I have saved only the Schedule, not the entire Announcement to which it was attached.
