So, to muddy the waters even further
1 March notice of up to 3m notes.
26 April notice of 2nd note issued on same terms etc.
Now consider that the notice of AGM which has original deed of notes, on 16 April. (to be held 17 May)
Then there was a subsequent notice of a GM on 31 May. (to be held on 2 july)
The deeds of these notes are different in these AGM v GM regard to default terms.
AGM first, then GM below.
