Even diluted, the gamble is still there. Does an 8m mc at 0.4c represent an uplift with bet pending on delivering off take finance.
Or will the finance be consumed, with other dead aunties in the closet ?
Is the rabbit in the hat, we have been waiting for, NS finance, a dead one, or a living one.
That is the question.
How alive is the off take finance rabbit? 99% ? 9%
What are the contingent terms ? they want to see upgrade MRE ? but what else ?
Who are they? are they qualified ?
Why not put out an MOU, with their detail which might provide for some market confidence.
