re: 5 - tells me that they know that it will be a hard sell to the SH's who have been dipping into their pockets all these years and suffered the frustrations of not knowing when a drill will be undertaken. It may also have been thought that management just may want to buy in on this after all these years - guess it provides some "comfort" to SH's in the CR. And how much were they tipping in again at $0.035?..
