1. Chai has underwritten it so no problems going forward with cash. No more worries of going into administration.
2. Chai is pumping a lot of cash into PZC. $300k placement and now this. He obviously believes his investment at these prices will be worth it in long run. He is either super confident the TCM sale will proceed and/or he has an awesome project to inject into PZC.
