BRN current MC @ $38M, fully diluted is $110M.
Sheesh, most startups in the valley would laugh at BRN's valuation. Calender app on your phone a few months ago made no money, got acquired by Microsoft for loose change of $100M+.

Move over to more BRN's space of AI startups, a keyboard app that uses AI to determine what you're going to type next, made little to no money was bought by MS too for about $250M in cash.

MagicLeap, tech hardware startup alike BRN, years away from commercialization (BRN is ready for commercialization now), makes no money, absolutely the most secretive company in the valley, has a $4.5B valuation.

What's happening with BRN right now?

All development milestones completed. What should we look forward to?

1. Additional partner agreements (from both technology partners and OEM customers)
2. Additional patents filed/granted
3. The launch of the BrainChip Development Kit (BDK) to empower large numbers of labs to apply and license SNAP technology
4. Additions to the operations (CEO) and commercialization (VP of sales) teams

This isn't a tech stock that has an app in a crowded space looking to pocket spare change, BRN is claiming to be the standard of computing in the next industrial revolution. When's that next industrial revolution? NOW.

Recently, BrainChip partnered with a company that worked with IBM. They are not a second-tier research lab, they helped IBM develop their own "BrainChip" and now they turn around and decide to join forces with BRN. Why? If BRN was some penny dreadful sham, why would they taint their reputation on the line with F500's? This partnership further validated BRN and it's legitimacy.

So, this leaves the question... why is SP tanking? Ill-informed retail investors of the ASX. All they chase is big names or $$$. Which is completely fine however, we're here before they are. We're here before BRN goes gungho.

Honestly can't tell you when the first big ann is going to be dropped but when it does, everything is going to change.
