As a shareholder of SP1 / ISXF I'm very much ok with, and can see the long term vision that's in play here with ISXF being a cornerstone investor and having NSX back through this redevelopment / transition of the company with clearpay.
ISXF investing in the NSX vehicle is sound imo, it's just a long term play and thats OK. It's easy to invest when you have conviction, backed by a strong plan and the right product to progress the business over time.
The evolvution over the last 5+ yrs has been laying solid foundations for the future imo. Major change takes time. All this jumping through licencing hoops etc will eventually allow clearpay to trade nationally and return ISXF a great ROI and more importantly settlement competition for the Australian market.
NSX true future potential won,t be know until all the bureaucratic shackles put in place to slow competition are removed. And that takes a long time.
Well done NSX & ISXF for implementing meaningful future change.
