With the help of the Greeks, they did need to do much to have the price kept under 1cent to ensure most shareholders don't take up their allocation.
They now hold 132mill free options as well, so you can bet they won't be stuck with them for too long. They will offload these at 1 to 1.5 cents to make it worthwhile, so the underlying share needs to get to 2.5 to 3 cents for this to happen.
I would say the next month will be a great ride.
